Easy Returns & Exchanges (Domestic & International)

We want you to be happy with your ID Apparel purchase! If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Here's a quick guide:

What can be returned/exchanged?

• Unworn and unwashed items with all tags attached
• Full-priced items, discount code purchases, and non-sale items (sale items are final sale)

Return & Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at  contact@idcyclingapparel.info with your order details and indicate if you'd like an exchange or refund.
2. Return Shipping:
   • Domestic Orders:
     • Exchanges are FREE!
     • Refunds: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer discounted return labels, just let us know in your email.
   • International Orders:
     • Exchanges and Refunds: You are responsible for return shipping costs with a tracked option recommended.
3. Return Address: We'll proved you with an address to where you can return your item or items.

Exceptions:

• Faulty or wrongly sent items: ID Apparel will cover return shipping and issue a refund or exchange (both Domestic & International).
• Import Taxes & Duties: ID Apparel is not responsible for any import taxes or duties on your order.

Additional Information:

• Allow up to 10 business days for return processing once received.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your return or exchange is complete.
