International Shipping Information.

Taxes and Duties:

• You are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your local government. These fees are beyond our control and will not be refunded by us.

Returns and Cancellations:

• We offer returns and exchanges for unworn and unwashed items with tags attached, following our return guidelines.
• Customs charges are not refundable reasons for returns.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can initiate a return after receiving the package.

Undelivered Packages:

• If your package is undelivered, unclaimed, or refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, along with any customs charges incurred.
• Refused packages may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
• If you want to reship a returned package, new shipping costs apply based on your chosen method.

Return Processing:

• Allow up to 10 business days for return processing once it reaches our warehouse.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

Return Shipping Costs:

• We currently cannot provide return labels for international orders. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for return shipping if the customer enters the incorrect shipping address during checkout process. Please make sure you include the correct address when entering it in the checkout process, include the right apartment number and correct postal code.

What if my item is not delivered or gets lost in transit?

-As soon we receive your items tracking information, we will prove it to you for you to track your items. ID Apparel is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Please make sure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

Is our shipping times guaranteed?

-ID Apparel DO NOT guarantee arrival times on international shipments.
